Valentine's Day Menu

Valentine’s Day

How are you feeling about Valentine’s Day this year?  For many of us who savor a romantic restaurant meal on Valentine’s Day,  with lock downs and restaurant dining restrictions,  getting that restaurant meal at home might be a challenge.  Let’s face it, no matter how well prepared that restaurant meal is, takeout somehow, for me at least, always seems to miss the mark.

When it comes to enjoying a special meal with the ones you love most, perhaps this year it is time to try preparing a simple restaurant quality meal at home?  With a bit of pre-planning, and my Valentine’s Day Menu, you’ll see how fun it can be to whip up a delicious memorable meal at home.  This easy to execute three course, healthy, restaurant quality meal will delight your cherished ones and fill them with love from my kitchen to yours.

Here’s your Valentine’s Day Menu:

Start with my Pink Grapefruit Salad with Cilantro & Mint,

and for the crowning delight, finish off the meal with my Healthy Molten Chocolate Lava Cake!

This meal may sound fancy, but is surprisingly easy to execute.  The dessert can be made several days ahead and frozen or refrigerated until it is time for baking.  The two entree choices are very easy to prepare; and the salad can be made quickly as well. The fresh and healthy ingredients will not only fill your dear ones with love, but will nourish them too. What better Valentine’s gift is there?

This menu is grain free, pescatarian, and has no added sugar. It is full of heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids to keep you feeling great. Celebrating doesn’t have to equal unhealthy eating. With this Valentine’s Day Menu you get nourishing food that feels indulgent. What could be better than that?

If you’re cooking for your whole family this Valentine’s Day, get them involved in helping prepare this Valentines’s Day menu and stir up some wonderful memories together! (pun intended)
