Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 46 ounces greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (preferably organic)
  • 1 scoop protein powder ((I use grass-fed whey protein powder))
  • zest 1 orange (preferably organic)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract ((Wilderness Poets Pure Vanilla Powder) see notes)
  • 1/8 tsp stevia (look for pure stevia )

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of your blender and puree until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

I absolutely love Wilderness Poets Pure Vanilla Powder the great thing about it is that it is made from ground vanilla beans so it is raw and real vanilla, unlike vanilla extract. Extract is mostly alcohol not vanilla. This vanilla powder is 100% vanilla with no sugar, alcohol or other ingredients. I get it at my local co-op, but whole foods or other natural markets should have it too.
