If you live outside the Seattle area, I offer remote catering consultation. I will create a custom menu for your event, and provide the recipes, shopping lists and store suggestions for your event. Also included, is 2 hours of culinary consultation regarding how to prepare, present and serve the recipes to make your event a success. If you enjoy cooking but are anxious about entertaining or love to entertain and are looking for some fresh interesting ideas, please contact me.
My remote catering consultation package fee is $200.
